Business Card Translation FAQBusiness Card Translations

Here you will find answers to common questions that arise when translating business cards to and from English in combinations with more than 150 languages.

Why do you suggest business card translation?

When traveling internationally on business, it’s important to make a great impression! It’s best to give potential clients, partners and new contacts your business card in their native language. Translating your business card will ensure that these valuable contacts will know how to reach you.

What information do I need to provide?

  • Target language(s)
  • Art file of the source business card (PDF, preferably with live text)
  • Preferred characters for the name (for Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Hindi persons, or anyone from a culture whose name could be written in more than one way in their native language)

What will I receive from Dynamic Language?

You will receive the art file of the translated business card in the language(s) requested, formatted to match the original card, which includes one hour of Graphic Design. The name, title, and all contact identifier prefixes will be translated. The mailing address and company name will remain in English unless specified otherwise.

I need the translated card the same or next day. Will that be possible?

Yes! There is a surcharge fee for RUSH service, but we will do our very best to meet your deadline.

What is the cost?

The fee is about $78 per card, per language, which includes one hour of Design. RUSH cards cost about $103 and are delivered either the same day or next day, depending on the time of the request, relative to business hours and translator availability. We also offer discounts for multi-card requests.
