Inc. Magazine included Dynamic Language in its annual ranking of the 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the country. The list is the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy - America's independent-minded entrepreneurs. Taken as a whole, these companies represent the backbone of the U.S. economy and Dynamic Language is one of the representative businesses. How Changing U.S. Demographics Affect Communications
On August 14, 2008, the US Census Bureau came out with new projections for United States population growth. It is estimated that by 2042, within the United States, Caucasians "will no longer be a majority." And by 2050, the U.S. Latino population is "expected to reach 133 million." That’s nearly an 82% increase in the U.S. Latino population, according to the Pew Research Center. Much of this population increase will be due to newly-arrived immigrants and their descendants. Not only will there be a change in the growth rate of various ethnic groups, but the number of commonly used languages will increase. This bodes well for companies who choose to capitalize on the increased buying power of diverse populations. Read more

Community Involvement
Friends of Youth
This August, Rick Antezana, VP at Dynamic, was named to the Board of Directors for Friends of Youth, a Seattle area organization that provides services for at-risk youth in a variety of ways, including overnight shelters, counseling, residential treatment, foster care, education and assistance for young parents, and transitional housing. Rick is thrilled to be part of this well respected organization, and looks forward to continued involvement.

Dynamic Management Joins Seattle Executives Association
Rick Antezana and Sandy Dupleich, VPs of Dynamic Language, have been accepted as members of the Seattle Executives Association. We are very excited to participate in this network, and increase our presence within the Seattle business community. The Association was established more than 80 years ago and has become one of the most prestigious business assocations in the United States.
